What is included in a birthday package?
Your selected package includes access to all 13 immersive challenge rooms for the listed play duration, pizza and beverages, a reserved party room with tablecloth, plates, cups and cutlery, and a dedicated party host. Arcade cards are available separately with a 10% discount.
How do children play the challenge rooms?
Children play in their own groups and can try multiple games during their scheduled playtime. Each challenge room accommodates one group of up to five players at a time. Our team guides the children and manages rotation; if a room is occupied, the group can wait or move to another available room.
See how to playIs the whole facility private for our birthday?
Birthday packages take place during regular operating hours and are not private facility rentals. Other parties and walk-in guests may be present, but unrelated groups are not mixed inside the challenge rooms. For private-party access, ask our team about a custom package.
Can we bring cake, snacks or drinks?
Yes. Outside cake, dry snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome. Coffee, slushies, extra drinks, water and snacks can also be purchased at the venue.
When should we arrive, and are waivers required?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your reserved time for check-in. Every participant must have a completed waiver before playing.
What should participants wear?
Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended so participants can move safely through the challenges.
What should we bring during winter?
Please bring a clean, dry pair of closed-toe indoor shoes for each participant. Wet, snowy or salt-covered outdoor footwear should not be worn in the challenge rooms. Comfortable clothing that allows easy movement is recommended.
